Our common approach to receiving, assessing, planning and delivering work across the agency. Amplified Flow is our system of record. If we're delivering it, it should be in Flow.

Where work comes from
Retainers
Work against an agreed ongoing retainer, service or allocation.
Projects
Defined work with an agreed scope, budget, timeline and outcome.
Support requests
Reactive client requests, issues, fixes or other support activity.
Internal work
Systems, processes, marketing, research and internal initiatives.
Whatever the intake stream, work enters the same lifecycle before it is undertaken. Every piece of delivery work is represented by a ticket in Amplified Flow.

Change control
Requirements change after work has started. Material changes are reviewed before being accepted into delivery.
Re-enters at scope
Urgent work
Genuinely urgent work may bypass part of normal planning. Urgency does not create additional capacity.
Re-enters at prioritise and plan
Blocked and awaiting client
Anything preventing a ticket from progressing. Recorded in Flow, raised early, with a clear next action and an owner.
Pauses at deliver
Deferred and cancelled
Valid work that has intentionally been postponed, or work that is no longer required. Both leave the lifecycle.
